Newborn Baby Photographer ~ Birthday Girl

My husband watches all the typical “Guy” movies. While I admit from time to time I will find one surprisingly good, most of the time I am gritting my teeth or just looking up every now and then from my laptop to amuse him.  I do find from time to time that even some of the ones I don’t particularly care for do have a moment, monologue, or quote that sticks with me and makes the two hours I would have otherwise wished to get back, a little worthwhile.

I will say however the Rocky series are classics and I did enjoy most of them. So today when I was looking through images from this little ones newborn session to honor her first birthday this one hit me and I just had to use it!!

“You ain’t gonna believe this, but you used to fit right here.  I’d hold you up to say to your mother, ‘This kid’s gonna be the best kid in the world. This kid’s gonna be somebody better than anybody I ever knew.”
